摘要
采用提拉法无污染磁悬浮冷坩埚技术生长出 Ni Al合金晶体。通过 XRD、EPMA、SEM对其进行了物相、成分及显微结构分析。结果表明 ,从高温急冷下来的 Ni- 34 at% Al合金具有板条状马氏体结构 。
NiAl crystal has been prepared by Hukin's magnetic levitation cold crucible in Czochralski technique. The constituent, phase and microstrcture analysis of nickel aluminium crystal have been carried out by X ray diffraction, electron probe X ray microanalysis and scanning electron microscope. The result showed that the microstructure of rapidly cooled NiAl alloy with the composition Ni 31at%Al consisted of two fraction, matrix of plate martensite and grain boundaries of dendritic Ni 3Al precipitate.
