A few key techniques were analysised by non liner edit system in the application of network.The model of non liner network system was made for fitting to make televison programs in some TV stations.Some technique questions were discussed by the set network on the information storing of the data of making TV programs, the selection of to store organ, and the to extend of this network, etc.
