中国法律儒家化的思想基础——先秦儒家的“礼”、“法”思想刍议

Ideological Bases of the Confucian Tendency of Ancient Chinese Laws——Discussions on the Ideology of "Manners" and "Law" of the Confucianists in Pre-Qin Period

在对先秦儒家代表人物礼法思想浅略分析的基础上 ,认为先秦儒家法律思想以礼、法主张的发展为线索 ,构成中华法系封建正统法律的思想基础。

On the basis of brief analysis on the ideology of“manners”and“law”of some representatives of pre-Qin period Confucianists, this paper holds that the law ideology in pre-Qin period was based on the development of the proposition of“manners”and“law”, which formed the ideological bases for the feudalist orthodox laws in Chinese family of law.
