企业物资经济订购批量的确定

企业取得良好经济效益的一项重要工作是合理安排物资储备以降低产品成本 ,而如何确定物资的订购批量是物资储备的重要环节 ,为使包括订购费用和库存费用在内的年度物资储备总费用最少 ,本文提出一个合理确定物资定购批量的计算式 ,将此式应用于实际工作中 ,既能满足生产的正常需要 ,又能达到提高经济效益的目的。

Reasonable material stock is one of the most important factors to reduce the cost of products and accordingly to improve economic benefits of an enterprise,whereas one of the key task of that is to determine the amount of purchase order of materials.A formula for determining the reasonable amount of purchase order of materials was put forward and an example was presented by using the formula.
