胶印工艺技术参数模糊综合评价的研究

Research of the Fuzzy Evaluation for Technique Parameter of Offset Printing Technology

以胶印工艺技术参数为研究对象 ,论述了印刷复制过程就是模糊信息的转移、传递和再现过程。运用现代模糊理论 ,建立了胶印工艺技术参数与印刷质量之间的模糊关系 ,并相应地建立了模糊综合评价数学模型。其目的是为胶印工艺生产的标准化、规范化、科学化探索新的途径。

By researching the technique parameter of the offset printing technology ,it is concluded that the process of the printing and reproduction is the process of the transmission transference and reproduction of the fuzzy information.The applictiona of the mrdern fuzzy theory,the fuzzy relationship of the technique parameter quatity are set up,and the according mathematics model of the fuzzy synthetical evaluation is established and testified with the purpose of finding a new path of the standardization,normalization and scientifization of the planography technology production.
