摘要
在数控车床 CK61 42上设计了合理的振动切削系统和测试系统 ,对试验数据进行了分析 .试验结果表明振动切削具有一些普通切削无法比拟的工艺效果 ,主要表现为切削力减小、加工精度和表面质量得到提高 .
The systems are designed for both vibration-cutting and measuring, on the numerical control lathe, CK6142, and the measured data are analyzed. Experimental results show that vibration cutting has much advantage over the conventional machining. It is shown from the experiments that the ultrasonic vibration cutting process, which possesses some exclusively meritorious features, such as lower cutting forces, higher accuracy and fine surface of the work piece.
