安全系数的选取是机械设计中普遍遇到的问题 ,合理选取安全系数是机械设计中的一项基本课题 .本文从材料强度、应力的离散性及其具有统计规律的观点出发 ,建议在机械设计中 ,计算安全系数的同时计算其可靠度 。

The select of assurance coefficient is a problem that is often met in mechanical design. How to reasonably select it is a basic subject. The paper, from the view point of material strength, discreteness of stress and its statistics rule, suggests the calculating the reliability while calculating assurance coefficient in mechanical design, and gives a theoretical base for the scientifically selecting of assurance coefficient.
