摘要
在分析影响加工表面形貌诸多因素的基础上,首先提出一种广义的铣削加工表面创成模型;然后运用图形矩阵变换原理和矢量运算法则,导出刀具切削刃上任意切削点相对于工件实际运动的轨迹方程;最后,构造出一种高效的三维表面形貌仿真算法.该模型在铣削加工表面形貌仿真方面能给人们提供方法论上的指导.
Based on analyzing various factors influencing milled surface topography, firstly, a generalized model for milled surface topography is proposed. Secondly, using the Principles of transformation matrix and vector operation, the trajectory equation of cutting edge relative to workpiece is derived. Finally, a three dimensional topography simulation algorithm is constructed through dividing the workpiece into regular grids. To some extent, the generalized model can help people to develop various models for milling process in methodology.
