摘要
采用对苯二甲醛与二氨基二苯基酸的缩聚物(简称聚甲亚胺)改性己内酰胺阴离子 聚合物即尼龙-6,得到聚甲亚胺/尼龙-6复合材料.用SEM、TEM研究了聚甲亚胺刚性链 在尼龙-6柔性链基体中形态结构;用 Instron 3211毛细管流变仪测试了复合材料的流变性 能.结果表明:采用原位聚合方法可以实现刚性链高聚物在尼龙-6基体中的分子水平分散, 当PAM质量分数为5%时,复合材料的表现粘度达到极大值,这与PAM在尼龙-6中的力 学性能相一致.
Nylon-6 was modified with polyazomethine to form molecular composties in order to enhance tensile strengths, modules and thermal stability over fiber reinforced systems. In this paper, the morphology of molecular composites was examined with TEM, SEM. The rheology was carried out in Instron Model-3211 to characterize the change of the apparent viscosity with shear rate. The SEM and TEM analyzing, preliminary indicated the dispersion of molecular level, which was in accordance with the DSC and FT-IR results in Previous work. The apparent viscosity reached the maximum value when the weight ratio of PAM to Nylon-6 was 5/95, which was conformed the results of mechanical properties also.
