全自动塑盒体包装机产品结构配置管理研究

Product Structure Configuration Management Research of Automatic Plastic Mold Box Packing Machine

基于面向对象的技术思想，实现对全自动塑盒体包装机的静态产品结构与动态设计流程的有序管理．论述了基础ＢＯＭ的构造方法，给出相应的数据结构，并对包装机基础ＢＯＭ组成作了相应约定．提出包装机产品 ＢＯＭ使能器的构型管理概念，建立了包装机不同的配置规则．根据产品不同的配置规则，建立适时的ＢＯＭ结构，完成对此系列包装机产品的结构配置管理．

Product structure configuration management is one of pith function of the product data management. Based on object oriented idea, ordered management of static product structure and dynamic design flow for sautomatic plastic mold box packing machine is achieved. The configuration way of basic BOM is dissertated, and data structure is given. The corresponding assumpsit for basic BOM form of packing machine is done. Configuration management concept of packing machine product BOM enabler has been put forward, and the different configuration rules are established. According to the different configuration rules of product, timely BOM structure is established, and structure configuration management of the series packing machine product are achieved.
