摘要
根据液锌对铁的腐蚀机理,研究了钢铁中硅、碳含量对其抗液锌腐蚀能力的影响.发现硅、碳是促进钢铁熔蚀的元素,即随着钢中硅、碳含量的升高,其耐液锌腐蚀能力下降.并通过大量实验得出:渗硼层具有良好的耐液锌腐蚀性能,可作为液锌与铁表面接触的良好隔离层.为减少和防止液锌对铁的融蚀,作为热镀锌的工艺装备应选择低硅、低碳钢,较低的锌液温度,或对热镀锌的工艺装备进行渗硼处理.
The influence of C and Si in steels on their corrosion resistance tO molten Zinc is studied according to the corrosion mechanism of iron by molten Zinc. It shows that C and Si are the promoting elements, that is to say, the more of C and Si in steel, the lower of it's resistance to molten Zinc. At the same time, it is gotten that the layer of borurization has good resistance to molten Zinc and it is a good material to keep iron apart from it. In order to decrease the corrosion of metals by molten Zinc, the steel of equipment for hot Zinc-plating should be chosen which has low C and Si; moreover low temperature of molten Zinc and borurization treatment are essential.
