摘要
因为道路条件对车辆的最直接影响表现在速度上,所以通过对事故多发地点的速度与交通事故的分析,阐明了平均速度、速度均方差、速度变化率与交通事故间的关系.并人为的创造了各种道路条件来分析道路条件与速度的关系,进而阐明了道路条件与事故的关系,避免了由于不可试验性造成的事故率系数法、多元回归法等研究中样本不一致及样本不足的缺陷.同时,通过对直线长度的分析说明了本方法的运用过程.
Because the most direct influence of road condition on traffic flow is speed, we analyzed the relationship between traffic accident and speed ingredients (average speed, speed variance, speed change per 100 meters), and the relationship between speed ingredients and road condition (including man-made road condition). Furthermore, we illustrate the relationship between road condition and traffic accident. Because of using speed as intermediary and man-made road condition, our research become easily, practically and accurately, and also avoids the sample flaws of inconformity and deficient in before research.
