This paper advances a new method of determining sodim taurocholic acid content of snake gallbladder and tendril-leaved fritillary bulb with snake gallbladder liquid by thin-layer scan and removing sugarr and impurities in the liquid by large-pore resin. The method is simple and convenient, and also easy to operate.
