摘要
剖析了一种特殊的半桥式串联谐振逆变电路——晶闸管逆变式直流弧焊电源主回路的工作原理,给出了中频逆变变压器的设计方法,提出了一种减小晶闸管开关应力的有效方法,为提高整机工作可靠性,设计了一套新的控制逻辑方案。
The working principle of the main circuit of the thyristor inverter-type d.c. are-welding power source is analyzed in this paper. This type of cincuit is a spicial half-bridge series resonant inverter circuit. Give out the design method of the mid-frequency inveter-transformer. A efficient method to reduce the switching on and off force is raised. To raise the working reliability of the machine, a control logical plan is designed.
