发展我国风险投资业的思考

Thinking on Developing Risk Investment Industry in China

：风险投资是适应于高新技术产业高投入、高风险特点的一种新的投资方式．随着我国资本市场的发展，大力发展风险投资业已具备了现实可能性．但目前仍存在着诸多制约我国风险投资业发展的因素．结合对这些因素的分析，本文提出了一些发展我国风险投资业的政策建议．

Risk investment is a new way of investment which is adapted to the high-tech industry with characters of high-investment and high-risk. With the development of our capital market,it is more likely to develop risk investment industry in our country. But there are still many factors that restrain its development. Together with the analysis of these factors,the article offers some suggestions on how to develop risk investment industry in China.
