摘要
:在模拟型可控励磁调节器中,带有动触头或手动调节的自动电压整定电位器长期使用后容易磨损老化,轻者接触不良,重者形成开路引起发电机失磁.本文根据模拟型励磁系统的工作原理,运用数字电路技术,构成自动电压整定数字电位器以取代电阻电位器.数字电位器具有高灵敏度、电阻的线性特性、调节稳定性好以及便于操作等优点.在励磁系统中起着电压比较、电压跟踪、增减控制、发电机空载预置与零起升压控制、快速逻辑复位等作用.
In the simulating controllable field regulator,the automatic voltage adjusting potentiometer with movable contact spring or manual governing is likely to have signs of tear and wear and aging after continuous run,resulting in a poor contact,or a broken circuit and excitation loss of the generator. Based on the operating principle of simulating excitation system and digital circuit technology,this paper explains how to compose automatic voltage adjusting digital potentiometer to replace resistance potentiometer. The former is of high sensitivity,of linear features of resistance, of good regulatory stability, and easy to operation aS well. It plays the role of voltage comparison, voltage follow-up, add-and-substract controlling, noload preset of generator,null-boost control,and rapid logic reset.
