摘要
通过对高炉煤粉喷吹系统各环节工作特性及煤粉喷吹量各调节方式的分析 ,指出煤粉喷吹量调节系统是一个动态、时变、随机干扰严重的多输入单输出非线性对象·总结并分析了煤粉喷吹量计量和控制技术的发展现状 ,指出目前煤粉喷吹量调节控制系统存在计量信号不准确、控制规律无自适应性等问题 ,并对智能控制技术用于解决喷煤量调节控制系统存在的难题作了展望·
The characteristic of components in blast furnace pulverized coal injection (PCI) control system and PCI rate adjustment methods were analyzed. PCI control system is a dynamic, time varying, with strong disturbance, nonlinear, MIMO plant. The technologies of PCI rate measurement and control were investigated and analyzed, and the problems of PCI control system such as measurement precision and control adaptability were pointed out. A prospect which intelligence control serves as a new solution to the problems,was also represented.
