Optimal Design of Digging Process and Mechanism Parameters

在现场实验的基础上 ,利用挖掘机的挖掘轨迹方程 ,结合采矿工艺 ,确定了挖掘的边界条件 ;运用系统论的思想 ,对整个挖掘循环过程进行优化 ,解决了建立数学模型的难点·首次对挖掘过程的参数及工作机构几何参数 ,建立多目标函数 ,用复合形法进行优化 ,确定出合理的参数 ,具有普遍性意义 ,对设计有实际指导意义·

Besed on the experiments, the boundary condition of digging were determined in consideration of equation of digging locus and mining technology. Guided by mind of system theory, based on the integral digging circulation process, the difficult point of creating mathematical model was solved.The multiple object function was created for the parameters in digging process and geometrical parameters of working mechanism. The parameters were optimized by applying complex method, and then the rational parameters of working mechanism were determinecl. This is of universal significance, and also have practically instructive significance for design.
