摘要
将AGC模型分为厚度估计模型和厚度调节模型两部分 ,分别对应于AGC系统的静态指标和动态指标 ,依据各部分所采用的轧机弹跳方程和金属塑性变形方程形式的不同 ,对各种典型的压力AGC模型进行了分类和对比研究·并提出了一种新的压力AGC模型 ,经过详细的分析比较 ,证明新的压力AGC模型具有良好厚度估计精度和系统动态特性·
The AGC model was separated into two parts: thickness estimation model and thickness adjustment model, which are corresponded to static criterion and dynamic criterion of a system individually. Classification and contrast were carried out for various kinds of AGC models according to the linearity and non linearity of models respectively analysis. A new pressure AGC model was proposed. It was proved that the new pressure AGC model has better thickness estimation precision and dynamic characteristics.
