摘要
《孙子兵法》中的“形”与“势”、“虚”与“实”、“刚”与“柔”、“奇”与“正”、“攻”与“守”这五对矛盾范畴包含着丰富的战略管理思想。据此 ,着重探讨每对范畴的内涵、相互关系及其在现代企业战略管理中的应用。
In Sunzi's Art of War, the concepts of the 5 pairs of contradictions: disposition vs. potential, tangibility vs. intangibility, rigidity vs. flexibility, extraordinariness vs. normality, and attack vs. defence contain rich strategic management thoughts. In the paper, discussion is focussed on the meaning, interrelation of each pair and their application to modern strategic management in modern enterprises.
