摘要
通过对Ni P (非晶态 )、Ni Cu P(晶态 )涂层所做的冲击磨损实验 ,借助于扫描电子显微镜的形貌分析 ,较深入地探讨了电刷镀涂层在冲击状态下的行为 .分析结果表明 :涂层表层疲劳是其主要冲击特性之一 ,Ni P涂层主要是疲劳剥落 ,Ni Cu
Two samples of brush plated coatings with Ni Cu P and Ni P, respectively, are experimentally investigated on a impact wear test rig and the SEM is used to analyze their surfacial morphology before and after impact. The investigation shows that the fatigue of coating is one of impact characteristics of the coating; delamination occurs with the Ni P coating and fatigue spotting with the Ni Cu P coating.
