摘要 对电解法制备二茂铁的各工艺环节进行了研究 ,通过原材料的预处理和电解参数的调整 ,有效地减少了电解过程中胶状副产物的产生 ,提高了电流效率 ,使二茂铁的产率达 68%~ 74 % .用水蒸汽蒸馏和升华的方法进行产品后处理 ,提高了产品质量 。 The all details of electrochemical synthesis process of dicyclopentadienyl iron are investigated. The appearance of sticky by products produced in electrolysing process is effectively decreased by adjusting the electrolysing parameters and pretreating the row materials. The electric current efficiency is improved and the yield of ferrocene amounts to 68% 74%. The high quality ferrocene can be obtained by treating electrolysing products in steam distillation and sublimation. This method of synthetic ferrocene can be easily industrialized.
