矿用连接环全纤维锻造工艺及模具设计

All Fiber Forging Technics for Mining Connecting Ring and Its Die Design

本文对矿用连接环工厂现行锻造工艺进行了分析 ,现工艺存在纤维组织分布不合理 ,飞边厚、材料利用率低等缺点。为此提出了全纤维锻造工艺 ,并进行了模具设计。

The current forging technics for mining connecting ring in factories is analyzed and the existing shortcomings such as unreasionable fibrous tissue distribution, thick upset edge and low material availability are pointed out. Thus the all fiber forging technics is presented and the die design is made.
