高校学报走向网络化是大势所趋 ,本文从编辑部网络化连接、编辑工作网络化和网上发行、宣传等几个方面 ,论述了学报编辑部实现网络化的方法及具体操作步骤。

It is a certain tendency of putting networks into execution in university journals, The methods and the concrete operatong procedures of implement of network in a journal edit department are illustrated in this paper from the aspects of the net connection, editing operations in the network, issuance and propaganda on the web.
