摘要
着重介绍乳品的生产过程、工艺流程和预热杀菌控制系统 ,并给出了真空浓缩过程控制系统的组成方框图 。
The manufacturing processes, technological processes and preheating germicidal control systems of dairy products are mainly introduced. The composition skeleton diagram, design schemes and the selection of regulator adjusting regularity of vacuum concentrating process control system are presented.
