摘要
为了对在役钢丝绳进行定量无损检测 ,以提高钢丝绳的安全性 ,针对钢丝绳检测信号的特点 ,设计了具有非线性负反馈的高稳定积分电路 ,并对该积分电路进行了理论分析和计算 .仿真实验和现场检测结果表明 ,该电路对外界干扰以及由运算放大器自身漂移产生的影响有很强的抑制作用 ,并能够长时间稳定工作 。
Presants the highly stable integrated circuit with nonlinear negative feedback, designed for detecting steel wire ropes signals,and its theoretical analysis and calculations, and concludes from simulation and experimental results that the external noises and the drifts from the operational amplifier are strongly suppressed by the nonlinear negative feedback and this kind of integrator is able to work steadily and suitable for quantitative nondestructive testing of wire ropes.
