摘要
叙述了采用流动注射在线泡塑富集分离、分光光度联用技术快速测定金矿石中微量金的方法。建立了两条工作曲线 :其一校正曲线范围为 0 .1~ 1.0 μg/mL ,进样频率 2 2N /h ,浓集效率 2 5 ,检出限 2 .2× 10 -8g/mL ;其二校正曲线范围为 1.0~ 9.0 μg/mL ,进样频率 44N /h ,浓集效率 13,检出限 1.6× 10 -7g/mL。系统分散系数为 3.78,对国家标准管理样GBW (E) - 0 70 0 14平行 11次测定 ,RSD为 1.2 9% ,对所得结果进行t检验 ,置信度 95 %时 。
A flow injection on-line separation and preconcentration system, using foamed plastics as carrier and acetone as eluted solution, is set up with SP for the determination of Au in gold ores. Two working curves are set up: the range of the first correct curve is 0.1~1.0 μg/mL, with analysis frequency of 22 N/h, concentration efficiency of 25, detection limit (3σ) of 2.2×10 -8 g/mL; The range of the second correct curves is 1.0~9.0 μg/mL, with analysis frequency of 44 N/h, concentration efficiency of 13, detection limit of 1.6×10 -7 μg/mL. The dispersion coefficient of this system is 3.78. The relative standard deviation ( n =11) is 1.29% for the geological standard sample GBW(E)-070014, by t -test, no system error exists as the value of P is 95%.
