摘要
宜春市何家坪高岭土矿是由中细粒白云母花岗岩次生风化变质作用，在岩体风化壳中形成的风化残积型砂质高岭土矿床，矿床规模达中型。本文重点介绍矿床地质特征及矿石质量，并对矿床勘查开发利用的前景作了初步分析。
The Hejiaping kaolin deposit is a weathering eluvial type medium－sized sandy kaolin deposit formed in weathering crust through secondary weathering and metamorphism of moderately fine－grained muscovite granite． This paper highlights the geological characteristics of the deposit, the quality of kaolin, and gives an analysis on its exploration and development prospect．
