理清思路 加快发展——地勘产业经济发展之我见

PUT IDEAS INTO SHAPE AND ACCELERATE DEVELOPMENT:MY OPINION ON ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF GEOLOGICAL EXPLORATION INDUSTRY

本文在认真学习和深刻领会党的十五大和十五届四中全会精神的基础上，结合地勘经济发展的现状，提出了“以局为单元、发挥优势，培育和壮大支柱产业；以队为基础，放开搞活，盘活存量资产”的发展思路。

Based on a serious study and a sound grip of the spirit of the 15th National Congress of the Party and the Fourth Session of the Central Committee in this Congress, combined with the present development situation of geological exploration economy, the author suggests :“the Bureau should give play to strong points, and set up and improve mainstay industries; while the geological parties should take flexible measures to invigorate economy and to utilize sufficiently the inventory asset”．
