浅谈地勘单位如何实施群众性经济技术创新工程

This paper deals with the importance and necessity for a geological exploration agency to implement a mass economic and technological innovation program, which will contribute to the technical progress and industrial development of the agency and will help the working class to play a leading role in the so－called “two－civilization construction”． The author holds that to implement the mass economic and technological innovation program, the agency must implement the Party＇s policy of relying heart and soul on the working class, must have its standpoint on the grass－roots units and lay emphasis on practical results, and must create a good atmosphere and environment． The agency must constantly speed up the development of geological exploration economy through implementation of the mass economic and technological innovation program．
