摘要 介绍一个工业化聚酯(PET)生产过程的数学模型,其中包括酯交换模型、予缩聚和终缩聚模型。模型从聚合反应机理出发,考虑了所有的主反应和主要的副反应,以实测的工艺操作参数为输入,以各反应釜的分子量分布参数为输出。文章讨论了操作参数对产品分子量分布的影响,模型仿真结果与现场运行结果证明了模型的有效性。 A mathematical model of continuous PET process is developed, in which transesterification model, prepolymerization and finishing polymerization model are involved. Based on the polymerization mechanism, the model describes all main reactions and major side reactions with measurable operating variables as input and parameters of MWD in every reactor as output. Effects of operating conditions on MWD are studied, and effectiveness of the model has been proved through the simulation and on-site application.
