摘要
工作流技术是办公自动化系统中的核心技术之一。文中对工作流、工作流管理系统的概念和模型做了详细的介绍，提出了一个基于工作流模型的 ＯＡ系统模型，在此基础上介绍了一个已完成的公文流转子系统中采用的相应技术。
Workflow technology is one of kernel technology in Office Automation System. The author detailed introduce the concept and model about Workflow and WfMS in this paper. The paper presents an OAS model based on Workflow one, and some main technology be adopted in document flow sub system.
