Embedded Java technology means to embed the Java application programs into all kinds of electronic products, such as television, telephone, washing machine and microwave oven. etc, so that these devices have performance of computer. By means of the embedded Java technology, all kinds of embedded devices can transfer and execute codes safely in the network environment. And through the Jim technology, these embedded devices can be connected into a plug and Play network. This paper mainly introduce embedded Java technology and its reality and application prospect.
