软件是一零边际成本的无形产品，其质量管理要较实物产品的质量管理更难以进行，需要对过程质量及过程质量控制更加关注。总结了软件产品质量的概念与质量管理的方法，剖析了目前软件质量管理的不足。在充分考虑软件产品及软件生产过程的特殊性基础上，提出了基于过程的软件产品质量管理的途径。

Being intangible product with zero marginal cost,software's quality management is more difficult than physical product, and should place more focus on the process quality and process quality control. This paper summarizes the quality concept and quality management methods of software, and then analyses the shortage of current software quality management.Considered the specialization of software product and its manufacture processes, the approach of process based software quality management is set up.
