首先给出了构建运行ＰＨＰ的Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ和Ｌｉｎｕｘ平台的方法和步骤；并分别给出了在Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ和Ｌｉｎｕｘ平台下，电子商务网站结构的ＰＨＰ设计方法，以及Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ平台下ＭｓＳＱＬ和Ｌｉｎｕｘ平台下ＭｙＳＱＬ数据库的操作过程。

This paper, firstly gives method and process about setting up Windows and Linux plateform running PHP. And gives respectively PHP design method of structure of electronical commerce Website on Windows and Linux, as well as manipulated process MsSQL on Windows plateform and manipulate MySQL process on Linux plateform.
