This paper discusses a suit of protocols that is applicable to the GPS monitoring system in details based on the introduction of the network compose. In order to solve the problem of the sharing access to the communication channel, a channel accessing method called visiting on time by inviting on group (VTBIG) is designed, the method takes out good effect in application.
