Design for Computer Monitoring and Control System of Large Bitumen-Mixed Equipment

针对大型沥青搅拌设备监控系统的特点，本文探讨了基于总线的分布式控制系统结构及采用多串口通讯或自由口通讯协议构造控制系统的新方法。将远程监控、图象监控、故障诊断和语音报警等先进多媒体手段用于监控系统中，使系统具有资源优化、构造简单、功能先进、软硬件系统可靠性和稳定性高等特点。

：In accordance with the character of computer monitoring and control system in large bitumen-mixed equipment, a new method of distribution control system based on the system bus is proposed in this paper. Also some advanced technologies (multimedia, remote control, diagnostic, voice alert, etc) are adopted in monitoring system and a new control system with high reliability and simple structure is developed.
