Introduces the concept of knowledge management, the feature of XML technology, and puts forward the model of XML based knowledge management system, brings the XML technology into knowledge management system, to build a knowledge management system of enterprise. At the end this paper introduces the structure and working principle of XML based knowledge management system EKnowledge.
