草莓瘦果离体培养对种子发芽率的影响 被引量:14

摘要 以草莓栽培品种“硕香”和黄毛草莓、森林草莓、西藏草莓等野生种的瘦果进行离体培养试验 ,结果表明 :采用切开瘦果的方法进行离体培养可提高种子发芽率 ,且在培养 10d后发芽率即达到最高值 ;不同激素浓度配比的MS培养基对草莓种子发芽率影响不大 ;栽培品种在培养基上作离体培养优于在湿滤纸上的培养 ;草莓离体培养的发芽率与基因型有关 ,栽培品种与野生种存在显著差异 ;用花后 2 1d的鲜果作切开瘦果离体培养时发芽率即接近 10 0 % ,花后 Achenes of strawberry cultivar“Shuoxiang” and wild species Fragaria vesca,Fragaria nilgerrensis and Fragaria nubicola were cultured in vitro ,the results showed:①seed germination percentage of cut achenes was enhanced and achieved maximum 10 d after being cultured;②medium with different hormone concentration didnt significantly affect seed germination percentage;③for strawberry cultivar,effect of in vitro culture on MS medium was better than that on moisten filter;④the seed germination percentage of strawberry cultured in vitro correlated with its genotype,which resulted in the noticeble difference between cultivar and wild species;⑤seed germination percentage of the fresh cut achenes harvested 21 d after flowering almost reached 100%,and a few regenerated plants were obtained from achenes harvested 7 d after flowering.
