摘要
运用自行设计制作的组培环境CO2 实时增施监控系统 ,研究葡萄组培苗在CO2 富集 ,高光合光量子流下的生长发育以及光合自养能力。结果表明 ,与对照组相比 ,增施CO2 的组培苗生长健壮 ,发育提前 ,光合自养能力得到促进 ,驯化成活率高 ;在同样增施CO2 的条件下 ,无糖组与有糖组的小苗生长发育状况差异不显著。因此 。
Engineering techniques were applied in tissue culture to design and make a CO 2 enrichment and control system.In order to investigate the growth and photoautotrophic capability of grape(Vitis L.)plantlets in vitro,Carbenet sauignon was cultured under the condition of CO 2 enrichment and high photosynthetic photon flux(PPF).The results indicated that CO 2 enrichment for grape plantlets in vitro at a relatively high PPF would promote the growth and photoautotrophic capability of the plantlets;and as compared with that of CO 2,the effect of sugar on the growth of plantlets was not very significant.So,application of such system will realize sugar free culture.
