摘要
在 5种温度 (2 3 5 ,2 6 0 ,2 8 9,32 0 ,35 8℃ )和 3种相对湿度 (5 5 %RH ,76%RH ,93%RH)组合的情况下 ,对锯谷盗实验种群的生长、发育进行了研究。结果表明 :在上述温、湿条件下该种群卵期为 4 0~ 8 4d ,幼虫期为 10 6~ 2 3 3d ,蛹期为 5 4~ 9 8d ,从产卵到成虫羽化之间的未成熟期为 18 6~ 39 2d ;卵的发育起点温度为 13 4~ 14 8℃ ,幼虫为 13 1~ 15 1℃ ,蛹为 7 3~ 12 1℃ ,未成熟期为 13 7~ 14 8℃ ;卵期有效积温 71 2~ 80 1日度 ,幼虫期 170 9~2 36 1日度 ,蛹期 111 9~ 15 0 8日度 ,未成熟期为 319 6~ 378 0日度。同时分析了温、湿度对上述生活史参数的影响 。
An ecological study on the laboratory population of Oryzaephilus surinamensis (L.)was carried out under the treatment combination of five levels of temperature(23 5,26 0,28 9,32 0,35 8℃)and three levels of relative humidity(55%RH,76%RH,93%RH).Parameters for each development stage except adult at above temperture and relative humidity range were obtained by means of statistics analysis with various rearing experiment data.It included the growth duration(d)(egg 4 0?8 4,larva 10 6?23 3,pupa 5 4?9 8,immature stage 18 6?39 2),the development zero(℃)and the total effective accumulation of temperature (day-degree) (egg 13 4?14 8/71 2?80 1,larva 13 1?15 1/170 9?236 1,pupa 7 3?12 1/111 9?150 8,immature stage 13 7?14 8/319 6?378 0).Meanwhile,the effects of temperature and relative humidity on the above parameters of life history were discussed,and the theoretical models for growth duration and development speed were constructed.
