摘要
以甘蔗杂交组合 Co10 0 1× Ya71- 374后代为供试材料 ,采用人工接种方法 ,对其黑穗病抗性的分离结果进行分析 ,并构建了抗、感池 .相关分析表明 ,除最短潜伏期与最终累计丛感率相关不显著外 ,其余病害流行参数间的相关均达显著水平 ;利用最长距离法借助病害流行参数对供试材料进行聚类 ,可较好地归为 5类 ,类内个体抗病性差异不大 ,类间个体抗病性差异明显 .系统聚类分析结果可进一步验证所构建的抗。
Segregating result of smut resistance in descendants generated from a single cross of Co1001×Ya71 374 was analyzed by means of manual inoculation and pools of resistant or sensitive to smut (caused by Ustilago scitaminea Syd) were constructed. Results of correlation analysis showed that all correlation coefficients between disease epidemic parameters were significant besides X 1 with X 4 . Result of complete linkage cluster analysis indicated that all tested material could be classified into 5 classes according to 5 disease epidemic parameters. Smut resistance of individuals was similar inside the class, but it was different between the classes. Result of cluster analysis could be used for testing pools resistant or sensitive to smut having been constructed.
