低温胁迫下杧果叶片若干生理生化变化 被引量:11

摘要 比较从台湾省引进的 4个木亡果品种爱文、台农 1号、金煌、四季木亡果及我省本地土木亡在低温胁迫下叶片若干生理生化的变化 .结果表明 :木亡果受冻的临界低温因品种而异 ,为 - 2 - - 3℃ ,从台湾引进的 4个品种在 - 2℃经 6h即已受冻 .低温持续时间不同 ,木亡果受冻的临界低温也不同 ,本地土木亡 - 2℃经 18h与 - 3℃经 6h叶片的相对电渗率相同 .木亡果品种间耐寒性差异与叶片束缚水 /自由水比值以及可溶性蛋白质、游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖质量分数相关 ,土木亡上述诸项值均高于从台湾引进的 The physiological and biochemical conditions in the leaves of native mango (Mangifera indica L.) and four mango cultivars introduced from Taiwan, Aiwen, Tainong No.1, Jinhuang, Siji Mango, were measured under low tempeature stress from 1999 to 2001. The critical low temperature of mango is -2--3 ℃, differing with various mango cultivars and affected by duration of low tempeature. The four mango cultivars introduced from Taiwan suffered from freezing damage at -2 ℃ for 6 hours. The relative electrolyte leakage of native mango at -2 ℃ for 18 hours is egual to that at -3 ℃ for 6 hours. The mass fractions of soluble protein, free proline and soluble sugar and the ratio of bound water to free water in leaves of mango cultivars are related to cold resistance. The above mentioned data in native mango are higher than those in the four mango cultivars introduced from Taiwan.
