摘要
连续 9年对冬小麦“津丰 1号 济南 1 3 矮秆早 济面小佛手”F0 代60 Co辐射处理后代选系LT 1 3A进行研究 ,结果表明 :( 1 )基因型LT 1 3A属于温敏型雄性不育系 ,具有低温不育、高温可育的特性。 ( 2 )雌雄蕊分化期———花粉粒成熟期是该不育系育性反应敏感期。 ( 3 )敏感期内 ,日平均温度是影响育性变化的主要因素 ,1 8℃为该不育系育性转换起点温度。日均温度 <1 8℃ ,表现不育 ;日均温度 >1 8℃ ,表现可育。 ( 4)不育系的不育性受 1对隐性基因遗传控制。 ( 5 )在衡水 (东经 1 1 5°42′、北纬 3 7°44′,海拔 3 1 7m ,小麦适宜播期为 1 0月 1日~ 1 0月 1 0日 ) ,1 1月 5日及以前播种表现不育 ;1 1月 1 5日至早春顶凌晚播 。
A nine year successive research on a new developed genotype LT\|1\|3A derived from a 60 Co irradiated progeny of Jinfeng 1/Jinan 13//Aiganzao/Jinanxiaofeshou F 0 of winter wheat have shown that:(1) LT\|1\|3A belongs to thermo\|sensitive male sterile (TSMS) type as temperature can affect its fertility transition, and higher temperature induces fertile and the lower induces sterile. (2) The sensitive period of fertility transition falls on the period of pistil and stamen differential stage at pollen mature stage. (3) The average daily temperature(DAT) is the key factor monitoring its fertility transition, and 18℃ is the initial temperature for it. If DAT is lower than 18℃, it performs sterile, if higher, it performs fertile. (4) One pair of genes genetically controls its fertility. (5) It gave good sterile if planted between 20th, September to 10th, November in Hengshui(N 37°44′,E115°42′) and after that it gave fertile.
