摘要
综述了近年来国内外木麻黄科植物及其共生菌 Frankia的分子生物研究进展 ,同时对该领域的研究现状进行了分析 ,提出了今后的研究热点。
This paper summarizes the advances in molecular biology of Casuarinaceae species and their symbiotic Frankia strains,analyzes the current research situation in this field,and proposes the study focus in the coming days, such as genetic mapping,gene engineering for disease resistance and wood quality improvement,genetic variation of population, molecular biology study of nitrogen fixation in symbiont of Casuarinaceae Frankia and so on.
