Brief report about contrastive experiments of the varieties of pleurotus ostreatus planted in autumn

9个平菇菌株品比试验表明 :各菌株在PDA培养基上菌丝生长速度有显著差异 ,在玉米粒培养基上差异不显著。并且在 2种培养基上生长速度排列顺序不一致。在棉籽壳生料袋栽中生物学效率从高到低依次为江都 10 9、天达 2号、江都 30 2、科达杂优、广温七号、中杂 940 8、杂交 2 4、天达 1号、8813。江都 10 9综合性状较好 ,在洛阳地区可大面积推广 ,其次为天达 2号和科达杂优 ;而天达一号和 8813发菌慢、出菇晚、产量低 ,应予淘汰 ;杂交 2 4出菇早 ,头潮产量高 ,宜早秋栽培 ;江都 30 2发菌慢 ,但产量高 ,宜中晚秋栽培 ;广温七号和中杂 940 8表现一般。

The experiment on lomparing the nine strains of pleurotus ostreatus shows that on PDA medium the mycelium growth speed of each strain differs from one another signifcantly,while on medium of grain of corn,the difference is not obvious.Besides,on the 2 different media,the sequence of their respective growth speed is inconsistent.In the plastic bag cultivation using raw cotton shell,biological efficiency in a decreasing sequence are arranged as follows:Jiangdu109,Tianda2,Jiangdu 302,Keda Hybrid Vigor,Guangwen 7,Zhongza 9408,Hybrid 24,Tianda 1 and 8813. Of these,Jiangdu109,having better comprehensive properties,can be popularized in Luoyang region on a large scale;the second are Tianda 2 and Keda Hybrid Vigor.But Tianda 1 and 8813,slow in growing out marshroom ,low in productivity,should be cleaned out.Hybrid24,which sprouts earlier and has a high first-time yield ,is fit for cultivation in early autumn,and Jiangdu 302,with a slow culture but a high yield,is fit for cultivation in middle and late autumn.Guangwen 7 and Zhongza 9408 are common.
