摘要
RAPD技术是一种新兴的分子标记技术 ,它已在生物学领域得到广泛的应用和重视。但由于果树自身的特点 ,采用该技术研究起步较晚。对PAPD在果树品种鉴定、系谱分析、遗传图谱构建、基因标记等方面的应用及其研究进展进行了简要阐述。
The RAPD technique was a new type of molecular marker,it had been used widely in the field of biology research.But its application study was later than others for the characteristics of fruit trees.The application of RAPD technique to variety identification,pedigree analysis,genetic map construction,genetic marker for fruit trees and its development in the future were discussed in this paper.
