摘要
联机分析处理(OLAP)用于对企业大量数据进行分析，以支持复杂查询和决策。分析比较了联机分析处理系统的两种不同的体系结构，介绍了基于Informix MetaCube的OLAP思想并给出了一个针对移动通信网络管理的基于数据仓库的OLAP实例。
OLAP(Online Analytical Processing) is used in processing of bulk of data to support sophisticated query and decision-making. In this paper, two architectures of OLAP are analyzed and compared, the strategies of OLAP based on Informix MetaCube components are introduced and an example of OLAP about MCNM(Mobile Communication Network Management) with Data Warehouse is sketched out at the end of the paper.
