Evaluation of Solutions for Congestion Control in TCP Network

探讨了网络拥塞出现的原因及其一般解决方法，并主要对TCP的拥塞控制做了较深入的研究，阐述了在TCP网络中处理拥塞的几种算法。通过对原理的分析和性能的比较，指出了在目前网络实现中可以优先采用的拥塞控制算法。

In this paper, we discuss the reasons and solutions of congestion in network, and mainly research the congestion cotrol in TCP network, and then expatiate the several arithmetics in TCP nework. Through the compartison of their principle and performance ,the author points out the available and effective solution for the present network .
