摘要
协同产品开发过程中的冲突是不可避免的 ,为了使产品开发过程取得成功 ,必须采取相应的方法来消除冲突。本文从协同产品开发过程的特点出发 ,提出了支持协同产品开发的协商模型和协商过程组织方法。为了使协商过程有效进行 ,文中研究了指标柔性建模、方案评判和修改、问题重构等协商技术 。
Conflict can not be avoided in cooperative product design process. In order to ensure the success of product development process, some method must be adopted to resolve the conflict effectively. According to the characters of the cooperative product design process, the negotiation model and negotiation process organizing methods are put out to support cooperative product design. Flexible index modeling, scheme evaluating and revising, problem restructuring methods are discussed. All of these can provide a useful way to resolve the conflict arising in the cooperative product design process.
